When you create your account, ClinyPal sets up a working starting point automatically — one location using your business details, and a set of common defaults ready to use or adjust.

All of it is yours to change Nothing here is fixed. Rename, edit, remove, or add to any of it the same way you would anything you created yourself.

What still needs your input

Your location's address and contact details start blank and need filling in, and template libraries like letters, treatment notes, and patient forms start empty, ready for you to build the ones your clinic actually uses.
