One logo, used everywhere

ClinyPal uses a single clinic-wide logo rather than a different one per document, so you only set this up once. Go to your documents & printing settings and upload it under General.

Set the logo's display height — it scales to that height automatically while keeping its proportions, so you don't need to pre-size the image yourself.

Choose where it appears

Turn the logo on or off individually for account statements, invoices, letters, patient forms, and treatment notes. A clinic that wants a plain, no-logo look for internal treatment notes but a branded look for anything patient-facing can set that up exactly.

Checking how it looks

Use the preview on any document type to see your logo rendered with real sample data before you rely on it — catching a sizing issue here is much easier than after printing a batch of documents.

If the wrong logo shows up

Since there's one logo for the whole clinic, an unexpected logo almost always means it was replaced at some point rather than something being misconfigured per document. Re-upload the correct image if needed.
