Managing billable items

Open Billable Items
Go to <strong>Settings > Billable Items</strong>.

Add a new item
Click <strong>Add</strong>, name the service or product, and set its base price.

Edit an existing item
Click into a row to update its name, price, or other details, then save.
Open a billable item to see its detailed Service Cost Estimate breakdown (/settings/billable-service/service-cost-estimate/{id}), which shows how the item's cost is built up.

Concession pricing
Some billable items support concession pricing, letting you set a different price for patients under a specific concession type (for example a pension or student concession).
Concession pricing only appears when concessions are configured The Concession Pricing section is hidden entirely if your location has no concession types configured. Once concession types exist, a per-concession price override field appears only for the concessions actually assigned to that item — not for every concession type in the system.
