What Concession Types are for
Concession Types define the discount or concession categories your clinic offers, such as Senior, Student, or Veteran. Once a concession type exists, it can be applied to billable services and assigned to patients who qualify.

Setting concession pricing

Frequently asked questions
No. This page only defines the concession categories. Pricing for each concession type is set per billable item — see the Billable Items & Service Cost Estimates article.
This depends on how your clinic assigns concessions on patient and billing records; concession types themselves are just the list of categories available to choose from.
