Setting up concession prices
After you've created your concession types, the next step is to give them prices. This is where the actual discount lives: on each service, you set a reduced price for the concessions that qualify. For example, a service you normally charge $100 for might be $90 for students — and once that's set, it's applied to their invoice for you.
Add a concession price to a service
Head to your settings and open Billable services, then open the service you'd like to give a concession price.
Below the standard price you'll find the Concession pricing section, with a price field for each of your concession types. Enter the reduced price next to the concessions you want to discount.
Save the service, and repeat for any other services that should offer a concession rate.
Two things worth knowing
What happens next
With prices in place, the last step is to assign a concession to your patients. Once a patient has a concession and the service on their invoice has a concession price, the reduced rate is applied automatically — no manual discounting needed.
