A dropped connection usually fixes itself

If either side's connection drops mid-call, ClinyPal tries to reconnect automatically, showing a clear Reconnecting notice with the attempt number while it works. Give it a moment before assuming the call has failed entirely.

If it can't reconnect

After several failed attempts, the call shows that no signal is available. At this point, close the call and rejoin from the original link — both the practitioner and patient can do this independently.

Camera or microphone not working

  • Check the browser has been given camera and microphone permission — most browsers ask the first time and remember the choice afterwards.
  • Make sure no other app is already using the camera or microphone.
  • Try a different browser if permissions seem stuck in a denied state.

Poor video or audio quality

Quality issues are almost always about the connection, not ClinyPal itself. A wired connection, closing other bandwidth-heavy apps, or moving closer to the router usually helps more than anything on the call screen.
