A chat panel alongside the call

Alongside the video, both sides of a telehealth call can send each other instant messages — handy for sharing a link, confirming something in writing, or a quick note if one side's audio drops out for a moment.

Open the chat panel

During the call, select the chat icon to open the panel. If a message arrives while it's closed, the icon shows a badge so you know something's waiting.

Sending and seeing messages

Type a message and send it — it appears in the panel for both people on the call straight away. While the other person is typing, a short typing indicator lets you know a reply is coming.

There's no way to look back at it afterwards

Write down anything you need to keep Once the call ends, there's nowhere in ClinyPal to reopen that chat and read it again. If something discussed in chat needs to be kept on file, add it to the appointment's treatment note yourself before you finish up.
