Set your own booking notifications

Notifications are personal, not clinic-wide

Separate from your clinic's patient-facing templates, you can set your own alerts for what happens on your calendar. Open your profile and go to Reminders & notifications under Notifications.

Get alerted about new bookings

Choose how you want to hear about a new booking on your calendar, and optionally limit it to bookings that fall within a certain window — for example, only alert you if the new appointment is happening soon, rather than for something weeks away.

Get alerted about cancellations

Set cancellation alerts the same way, with their own delivery method and urgency window — useful for knowing quickly when a same-day appointment falls through, so you can fill the gap.

Get a daily summary

Turn on Daily appointment summary to receive a morning digest of the day's schedule, so you can see what's ahead without opening ClinyPal first thing.
