What each entry shows
Each entry shows what type of message it was, its subject where relevant, and exactly when it was sent, so you can quickly confirm whether a patient was actually notified about something.
Why this matters
When a patient says they never got a reminder, or you need to confirm a cancellation notice actually went out, this log is the fastest way to check — rather than searching through email or text history separately.
