Keeping health information visible

A patient's clinical details are where you keep the health information staff need to see quickly — medical alerts that should never be missed, a fuller history of conditions and allergies, and vital signs recorded over time.

Add a medical alert

Choose Add medical alert, pick the alert type, write a clear message, and set its severity. A medical alert is meant to stand out — use it for anything a practitioner absolutely needs to see before treating this patient.

Log a health record

Health records cover the broader picture — conditions, allergies, and other history, grouped by category. Choose Add health record, select the category, and give it a title and any detail. For an allergy, you can also set its severity.

Records are grouped by category on the record, so a practitioner can scan straight to allergies, or to any other category, without reading through everything.

Record vital signs

Record height, weight, blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, oxygen saturation, and respiratory rate for a visit, optionally linked to the appointment it was taken at. Add a note for anything worth explaining alongside the numbers.

Because each reading is saved with its own date, you can look back over a patient's vital signs and see how a figure like blood pressure or weight has changed over time, rather than only ever seeing the latest reading.

Removing an entry

If a health record was logged in error, delete it directly from the list. Correct an inaccurate vital sign reading the same way, rather than leaving a wrong figure alongside the right one.
