Telehealth is set at the appointment type level — open the type you want to offer remotely, and under Mode & capacity, set its mode to Telehealth.

Telehealth is always one-to-one A telehealth appointment type can't be a group type — its capacity is fixed to a single patient, the same as a home visit.
What happens once it's set
Any appointment booked under this type — whether from the calendar or online booking — automatically becomes a video appointment, with a join link generated for the patient and ready for the practitioner to start.
Letting patients book it themselves
If you want patients to be able to book this appointment type online, make sure it's switched on in your online booking availability as well.
