Adding someone to your team

Go to Users & Practitioners and add a new person with their name, email, and phone number. Every user gets a security role, which controls what they can see and do across ClinyPal.

Making someone a practitioner

A user account and a practitioner are two different things — someone can have full system access without ever appearing on the calendar, or vice versa. Turn on Practitioner for anyone who should be bookable, then finish their availability, appointment types, and online booking visibility from the practitioner settings link on their profile.

Signatures on letters and invoices

Each person can save their own e-signature, which can then appear on PDF letters and other document templates. Set separate letterhead and invoice permissions to control which documents their signature is allowed to appear on.

Deactivating someone

When someone leaves, deactivate their account rather than deleting it, so their history — appointments, notes, invoices — stays attributed to them accurately.
