What this page does

The Users & Practitioners page (/settings/user-practitioner) is your clinic's staff list. It's where you see everyone with access to your ClinyPal account, invite new team members, and assign the role each person has. This page is Admin-only.

Admin-only page Only staff with Administrator access can open Users & Practitioners. This keeps control over team access and roles limited to whoever is accountable for it.

Reading the staff list

  • Owner badge — shown only on the main clinic owner's row, identifying the account that owns the clinic.
  • Archived badge — shown on staff who have been archived rather than deleted.
Archived staff are hidden by default Archived users don't show in the main list. A "+N archived" link or toggle near the top of the page reveals them when you click it — useful if you need to look up a former staff member's record without cluttering the active list.

Inviting staff and assigning roles

This page is also where you invite new staff to your clinic and assign their role, which determines their access level once they join.
