What this page does

The Business Information page (/settings/business-information) is where you manage the details for each of your clinic's locations. If your clinic operates from more than one site, this is where each site's information and location-specific settings live, kept separate from one another.

What you'll learn
 • How the location list works, and that it's a picker, not a tab set
 • What the Business info tab covers for a selected location
 • What the Settings tab covers for a selected location
 • That there's no limit on how many locations your clinic can add, on any plan

The location list is a picker, not a tab set

Don't confuse the location list with the Business info / Settings tabs The list of locations on the left side of the page is a location picker — it lets you choose which location's details you're viewing or editing. The Business info and Settings tabs are a separate pair of tabs that apply to whichever location is currently selected in that list. Selecting a different location does not change tabs; it changes which location's Business info and Settings you're looking at.
1

Select a location

Click a location in the list on the left to load its detail panel on the right.

2

Choose a tab

Use the Business info or Settings tab within that location's detail panel.

3

Make your changes and save

Edits apply only to the selected location — switching locations does not carry unsaved changes over to another location.

Business info tab

The Business info tab holds the identifying details for the selected location: its name, address, contact details, and logo. This is the information that represents that specific site, separate from any other location your clinic operates.

 • Location name
 • Address
 • Contact details, such as phone and email
 • Logo for that location

Settings tab

The Settings tab holds operational settings specific to the selected location — the kind of configuration that can reasonably differ from one site to another, as opposed to the clinic-wide defaults found on the General Settings page.

Adding more locations

ClinyPal supports multiple locations under a single clinic account. Each one gets its own entry in the location list, with its own Business info and Settings.

No limit on locations, on any plan There is no cap on how many locations a clinic can add. This is true on every subscription plan, regardless of tier — location count is never a reason to upgrade.
