What this report shows

Every new patient's referral source is what feeds this report — it groups new patients by where they said they came from, so you can see which sources are genuinely working.

Filter by date and location

Set a date range to look at a particular period — useful for checking whether a specific campaign or push actually brought people in — and filter by location if your clinic runs more than one.

Why this depends on good data

The report is only as good as what's recorded If a referral source isn't assigned when a patient is added, they can't be attributed to anything here. Make it a habit to record the source at intake.
