Booking your appointment

Booking an appointment online only takes a few minutes, and you can do it at whatever pace feels comfortable — there's no rush. This guide walks you through each step so you know exactly what to expect.

What you'll learn
  • How to choose a location, service, and practitioner
  • How to pick a date and time that works for you
  • What information you'll be asked to enter
  • How payment works, if your clinic requires it
  • What your confirmation looks like
  • What to do if something goes wrong during payment

Step 1: Choose a location

If your clinic has more than one location, you'll see them laid out as a simple grid of cards — just pick the one that's most convenient for you. If your clinic only has a single location, this step is skipped automatically and you'll move straight on.

Step 2: Choose a service

Next, choose the type of appointment you need. If your clinic has chosen to show it, you'll also see how long the visit typically takes and what it costs, right on the list, so there are no surprises later.

Step 3: Choose your practitioner

You'll see a list of practitioners available for the service and location you picked. Choose whoever you'd like to see, or whoever has availability that works best for you.

Step 4: Pick a date and time

An inline calendar shows you which dates are available to book — anything outside your clinic's schedule simply won't be selectable. Once you pick a date, the available time slots for that day appear below it. Any times that are already taken are grayed out, so you'll only ever be able to pick a slot that's genuinely free.

Booking across time zones If your clinic sees patients in different time zones, you can switch to your own local time and the available slots will reload automatically to match. The page also remembers your time zone for you, so you shouldn't need to think about it twice.

Step 5: Enter your details

Now you'll enter a few details so the clinic knows who's coming in.

  • Your name.
  • Your email and/or phone number — you only need to provide at least one, whichever is easiest for you.
  • Your address, but only if your clinic has asked for it.
  • A checkbox to agree to the clinic's terms of use and privacy policy.
  • A quick "I'm not a robot" check, just to confirm you're a real person booking the appointment.
If the robot check expires If you take a few minutes filling in this step, the "I'm not a robot" check can expire in the background. If that happens, you may simply be asked to verify again before continuing — this is completely normal and nothing to worry about.

Step 6: Payment, if your clinic requires it

Some clinics ask for payment at the time of booking — others don't. If yours does, you'll see this step; otherwise you'll skip straight to your confirmation.

1

Choose how much to pay

Depending on what your clinic offers, you may be able to choose between paying a deposit now or paying in full.

2

Choose a payment method

If your clinic offers more than one payment method, pick whichever suits you.

3

Enter your card details

Fill in your card information to complete the payment.

4

Wait for processing

You'll briefly see a "processing" screen while your payment goes through — this usually only takes a moment.

Step 7: Your confirmation

Once everything's done, you'll see a checkmark screen confirming your appointment, along with a summary of what you booked and a reference number. It's a good idea to keep that reference number somewhere handy, in case you need to contact the clinic about your booking later.

If something goes wrong

If you were charged but didn't get a confirmation If a payment was attempted but something went wrong confirming your booking, please don't try again right away. Contact the clinic directly so they can check on your booking first — this way you won't risk being charged twice. If no payment was involved, you'll simply see a normal "Try again" option and can safely retry.
