Getting an invoice out of ClinyPal
Open any invoice that has at least one line item, and you'll find Print, Email, and an export option near the top — whichever way the patient needs it.

Email it to the patient
Choose Email to send the invoice as a PDF straight to the patient's address on file. If you'd rather hand them a paper copy, choose Print instead.
Email not showing? The email option is hidden if this patient's privacy settings don't allow it. Check their communication preferences if you expected to see it.
If the patient has no email address on file, you can add one directly in the send screen and continue — no need to leave and edit their details first. The same email screen is used for sending letters, treatment notes, and forms, so it works the same way wherever you send a document from.
Save a copy to your own cloud storage
If your clinic has connected Google Drive or OneDrive, you can export the invoice PDF there with one click, filed under its invoice number for you.
