Getting a starting draft
Wherever you're writing a message template — a confirmation, a reminder, a broadcast — you'll find a Generate with AI option next to the content editor.

What it uses to write
The draft is based on what kind of message it is and the placeholders available to it, so a reminder draft reads like a reminder and a broadcast draft reads like a broadcast. For a broadcast, it also takes into account the audience you've already selected.
Review before you save
Read the whole draft, check that placeholders are used correctly, and adjust the tone to match how your clinic actually talks to patients. Nothing is sent or saved automatically — you're always the one who reviews and saves the final wording.
A starting point, not a final answer Treat the draft as something to edit, not something to accept as-is. You know your patients and your clinic's voice better than a first draft can.
