Control what shows in your browser tab

Choose how a patient's name appears in the browser tab title while you're viewing their record — first name, full name, initials, or fully anonymous. This matters most on a shared or visible screen.

Browser history can still show it Even with a stricter setting, a shared device's browser history may still reveal a patient's name from past visits. Treat this as one layer of privacy, not a complete guarantee.

Anonymising after a deletion

Turn on Invoices and payments anonymisation so that, after a patient is deleted, their identifying details are removed from invoices, payments, and related notes rather than left attached to financial records that remain for accounting history.

Turn on Booking notifications anonymisation to use anonymised details in booking, cancellation, and practitioner schedule notifications, so a patient's identity isn't spread further than it needs to be for day-to-day scheduling.

Invoice and receipt emails

Turn off invoice and payment receipt emails for a location entirely if your clinic handles financial communication a different way.
