Why this happens

After a number of incorrect sign-in attempts in a row, ClinyPal temporarily locks the account. This protects it against someone repeatedly guessing a password — it's a safeguard, not a system error.

Getting back in

  • Wait for the lockout period to pass before trying again.
  • If you're not certain of your password, reset it rather than continuing to guess.
  • If lockouts keep happening and you're confident it's genuinely you signing in, check whether your password has been saved incorrectly in a browser or password manager.

If you didn't attempt to sign in at all

Worth investigating A lockout from attempts you didn't make could mean someone else is trying to access your account. Reset your password once you're back in, and consider turning on two-factor authentication if you haven't already.
