Making 2FA mandatory
Rather than leaving two-factor authentication up to each person, you can require it clinic-wide. Go to your general settings and turn on Require 2FA under Security.

This restricts anyone without it set up Once turned on, any user who hasn't set up two-factor authentication is restricted until they do. Give your team a heads-up before enabling it, so no one is caught out mid-shift.
Setting an auto sign-out period
In the same section, choose how long an inactive session stays signed in before ClinyPal signs it out automatically. A shorter period is safer for shared or public-facing devices; a longer one is more convenient on a private, staff-only computer.
