Signing in

Enter your email and password, or sign in with a passkey if you've set one up. Depending on your clinic's security settings and whether you're on a device ClinyPal recognises, you may be asked for an extra step.

Verifying by email

If email verification is required, you'll be sent a 6-digit code to enter. If it doesn't arrive, wait for the resend timer to finish and choose Resend code.

Verifying with an authenticator app

If your account has two-factor authentication set up, you'll be asked for the current code from your authenticator app instead, unless you're signing in from a device you've already chosen to remember.

If your account is temporarily locked

After several incorrect password attempts, ClinyPal temporarily locks the account to protect it from someone guessing their way in. Wait for the lockout period to pass, or reset your password, before trying again.

This is a safety measure, not an error A lockout after repeated failed attempts is expected behaviour and protects your account. If you're certain it's you and the lockout seems wrong, contact your clinic's administrator.
