What autocomplete values are

As staff type into certain fields — a supplier name, a department, a category — ClinyPal remembers what's been entered before and suggests it again. Over time these lists can pick up typos or one-off entries; this is where you clean them up.

Review a category

Go to Autocomplete values and choose a category — appointment types, expenses, services, suppliers, vendors, or departments — to see every value currently suggested for it.

Removing a value from suggestions

Turn on Exclude from filtering for a value that shouldn't be suggested any more — a typo, a one-off entry, something no longer relevant — without deleting the records that already used it.
