Understanding your messaging reports
These two reports cover what your clinic is spending on text messages, and whether the messages you're sending are actually landing.

| SMS usage & balance | How your SMS credits are being spent — reminders versus broadcasts — over a period. |
| Broadcast performance | How many messages from a broadcast were sent, delivered, or bounced. |
Keeping an eye on spend
If your SMS credits are running down faster than expected, SMS usage & balance will show whether reminders or broadcasts are the bigger driver. Pair it with your SMS settings to top up or set a low-balance alert.
