Rescheduling an appointment

Plans change — rescheduling keeps everything about the appointment except its time, so you don't have to recreate notes, the linked case, or its appointment type.

Drag it to a new time

The quickest way is to drag the appointment directly to its new slot on the calendar. ClinyPal saves the new time as soon as you drop it.

To change how long it runs without moving it, drag the bottom edge of the appointment up or down — it snaps to your calendar's time slot size as you resize it.

Or edit the date and time directly

Open the appointment, change its date, start time, or end time, and save. This is often easier when you're moving it to a different day than what's currently on screen.

Rescheduling one occurrence of a series

If the appointment is part of a repeating series, moving it only changes that occurrence — the rest of the series stays where it was. The series' repeat settings themselves are only editable from the original appointment.
