Setting a recall
A recall is a reminder to bring a patient back in — a routine checkup, a review, a follow-up visit. Open the patient's Recalls and choose New recall, then pick the recall type that fits.
Confirm the due date
ClinyPal suggests a due date based on the recall type's standard period — accept it, or set a different date if this patient needs something specific. Add a note if there's context worth keeping alongside it.
When the patient comes back
Once they've booked or been seen, open the recall and choose Mark as recalled. ClinyPal then suggests the next due date based on the same recall type, so setting up their next one takes a single click.
Finding who's due
The recalls due report gives you a clinic-wide estimate of who's likely due, based on when patients were last seen — it's a good starting point for outreach, but it doesn't read the specific recalls you've set here. For an individual patient's actual recall, check their own record.
