Understanding your appointment reports
These reports look at how your calendar is actually running — what's booked, what's missing a note, who's cancelling, and how full your day really is.
| Report | What it answers |
|---|---|
| Appointments schedule | A printable day or week schedule, ready to hand to reception or a practitioner. |
| Cancellations & no-shows | Who cancelled and who simply didn't turn up. |
| Note compliance | Which appointments are still missing their treatment note. |
| Waitlist & gaps | Unfilled slots against your current waitlist. |
| Performance by location | How your locations compare against each other. |
| Online booking | Self-booked appointments, deposits taken, and how much lead time patients gave you. |
Where to start
Print the day's Appointments schedule each morning if your clinic works that way. Check Note compliance regularly so treatment notes don't quietly pile up unwritten, and Cancellations & no-shows if a particular day or practitioner feels like it's losing more time than it should.
Reading and filtering these reports
Most of these reports can be filtered by date range, location, and practitioner. See how to read a report for the controls shared across all of them.
