Hide a location's name or address from online booking

Why you might not want a location fully public

Not every location needs to be visible to anyone browsing your booking page — a location that's by appointment only, or one whose exact address you'd rather share directly with patients yourself, can be scaled back without turning off online booking for it entirely.

Set it per location

Go to your business information settings and select the location. Under its settings, you'll find Show this location on the online booking page and Show the address to patients when booking online, as two separate switches.

• Turn off Show this location entirely if patients shouldn't see or book this location online at all — it still works for in-clinic scheduling.
• Leave the location visible but turn off Show the address if you want patients to know the location exists and pick it, without publishing exactly where it is.

What patients see either way

These settings only affect the public booking page. Staff always see the location's full name and address everywhere else in ClinyPal, including on the calendar and in the patient's own appointment confirmation.
