What is ClinyPal

ClinyPal is a clinic management platform that brings scheduling, patient records, billing, and communication into one place. Instead of juggling a separate calendar, a separate billing tool, and a spreadsheet for patients, your whole team works from the same system.

What you'll learn
 • What ClinyPal covers, at a glance
 • How the main sidebar is organized
 • What each main section is for
 • How your role changes what you see in the sidebar
 • Where to go next depending on what you need to do

Finding your way around

Everything in ClinyPal is reachable from the sidebar on the left. It stays the same wherever you are in the app, so it's the fastest way to jump between areas.

 • Dashboard — your personal home screen, with a greeting, a clinic health snapshot, and shortcuts to what needs attention.
 • Staff Hub — internal space for your team, separate from patient-facing work.
 • Appointments — the scheduler, where you book, move, and manage visits.
 • Patients — patient records, history, and details.
 • Invoices — billing documents for appointments and services.
 • Payments — payments collected against invoices.
 • Products — items and services you sell or bill for.
 • Expenses — clinic costs you track in ClinyPal.
 • Contacts — non-patient contacts, such as referring providers or suppliers.
 • Broadcasts — messages sent out to groups of patients.
 • Reports — the reporting engine covering clinic performance, finances, and compliance.
 • Settings — clinic configuration, from appointment types to online booking.

Your role changes what you see

Not everyone sees the full sidebar. ClinyPal tailors the menu to what your role is expected to manage.

Administrator and Power Receptionist roles see more If you're an Administrator or a Power Receptionist, your sidebar also includes Settings, Users & Practitioners, Subscription, Data Import/Export, and Patient Privacy. Other staff roles see a shorter menu focused on day-to-day clinical and front-desk work.

If you don't see a section mentioned in this help center, it's most likely because your role doesn't include it — that's expected, not a bug.
