Creating a letter
Open the patient's Letters and choose a template to start from — a referral, a report, or whatever your clinic writes regularly.
Choosing a letter template.
Fill in the details it needs
If the template refers to a specific appointment or practitioner, choose them here. The patient's own details are already filled in from their record.

These details are locked in once you continue The information you choose becomes part of the letter's text at this point. If something changes later, create a new letter rather than trying to update this one.
Review, then export or send
Read the letter over, then export it as a PDF to print or attach elsewhere, or send it directly if that's how your clinic delivers letters.

Finding a past letter
Every letter you've created for a patient stays listed on their record, so you can reopen or re-export an old one without writing it again.
